About the Role

Neem Studio is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to create high-performing, mobile-first e-commerce hero images for leading global brands.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. You'll transform packaging, product claims, and brand assets into clear, distinctive, and glance-readable imagery that helps shoppers instantly recognize, understand, and choose products on mobile devices.

You'll combine outstanding visual craft with commercial e-commerce thinking to deliver content that drives visibility, comprehension, and conversion.

Our work is powered by RHINO AI, developed with the University of Cambridge, enabling us to measure and optimize visual clarity using evidence rather than opinion.

We help global brands succeed in mobile commerce by creating hero images and PDP content optimized for the digital shelf.

Our clients include brands within Unilever, Nestlé, Kraft Heinz, Mondelēz, Danone, PepsiCo, Heineken, Arla, Logitech, Royal Canin, Mars, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first hero images from concept to final delivery.
• Translate packaging, brand identity, and product propositions into effective digital shelf content.
• Build clear visual hierarchies that prioritize shopper understanding.
• Improve imagery using RHINO AI insights and testing data.
• Apply accessibility and visual clarity principles.
• Create design variants for optimization and retailer requirements.
• Collaborate with brand, packaging, e-commerce, legal, and shopper teams.
• Present and defend design decisions with confidence.
• Develop scalable templates and design systems.
• Review and elevate the work of designers and production partners.

You'll be able to turn cluttered product imagery into clear, high-performing assets for mobile shopping environments while balancing:

Essential Experience

• 7+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, composition, retouching, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating e-commerce, digital shelf, Amazon, marketplace, or retail media content.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles.
• Experience with FMCG, food & beverage, beauty, health, or consumer brands.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop and Illustrator essential).
• Figma proficiency is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Accessibility knowledge (WCAG, visual legibility, APCA).
• Experience with A/B testing, retail search, conversion optimization, or content compliance.
• Experience using AI-powered creative testing tools.
• Amazon and retailer image guideline knowledge.
• Motion graphics, 3D, Generative AI, or UX/UI experience.
