Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is a boutique marketing agency specialising in supporting technical and industry-leading businesses across sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and defence. They offer a range of strategic and creative services, acting as an outsourced marketing team to help their clients grow their presence locally and internationally. They are now seeking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of high-quality visual concepts, brand strategies, and multi-channel creative assets. Job Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Visual Identity Develop brand strategies, visual concepts, and creative assets Design logos and manage brand guidelines from concept through to completion Create compelling presentations and capability statements Digital & Web Design Design websites and UX/UI interfaces, with a focus on WordPress sites and landing pages Produce creative assets and campaign graphics for social media platforms Create animations, video edits, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects Creative Direction & Collaboration Provide creative direction and art direction across diverse client portfolios Collaborate closely with account managers, content writers, and project leads Oversee print production and maintain relationships with external print suppliers Proven senior-level experience in graphic design and visual brand execution Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite Intermediate to advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects Intermediate proficiency with WordPress and landing page design Experience translating strategic objectives into compelling visual communications Strong client presentation and stakeholder management capabilities Solid knowledge of print production processes and supplier management Nice-to-Have Skills Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, technology, defence, engineering, or industrial sectors Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT Experience using Canva for rapid design tasks Familiarity with project management and workflow systems, particularly ClickUp Permanent work-from-home set-up Dayshift (Australian Eastern Daylight Time business hours) Part-time to full-time opportunity HMO (STAFF only) Annual leave Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 month's wage (pro-rate)
