Role Overview:

We are seeking an integrated Senior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in campaigns, social, and digital engagements. This role will be remote-first and any client facing experience (online) will be highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be Arabic first, has English conversational skills and has a proven track record of creating visually compelling content and campaigns that engage and captivate audiences across various digital platforms.

The Candidate uses AI tools to enhance her/his creative concepts and thinking and does not AI tools as their sole thinking engine.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on digital and social media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital campaigns, video content (TikTok, Reels), animation, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Project management abilities.
• Experience working in a global advertising agency or a similar setting is a plus.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience presenting creative ideas to clients, with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Understanding of AI platform and practical use cases for image and video generation
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egyptian cultural aspects including models, costumes, habits, interests
• Experience working with UAE and Saudi Arabia clients is highly preferred
• Candidates with immediate availability preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for creative, social media and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
• Support the visual design process for social media content, including campaigns, posts, videos, animations, TikToks, Reels, web graphics, and other online materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality creative work for both social media and digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, incorporating innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand and platform guidelines.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful visual content that resonates on social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams, including designers, writers, and production staff, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
