What the role is about

The scope of this role is broad — spanning product page images (Shopify + Amazon), packaging, retail materials, and catalogs, in addition to promos and ad creatives.

We prioritize strength in conversion-focused marketing design first, with brand/print ability as a strong bonus.

AI will play a key role in your creative and production process. You will be expected to integrate it effectively to optimize workflows, increase execution speed, and maximize project performance — while staying constantly up to date with the latest industry developments and trends. The ability to properly post-produce AI-generated images is crucial, ensuring high quality, visual consistency, and elevated professional standards.

• Creation of static ads and promo imagery for Meta/Amazon and other platforms .
• Generation of images and visual assets using AI tools to accelerate concept development and enhance creative production.
• Execution of photo retouching and post-production on both photoshoot images and AI-generated visuals.
• Creation of product page images for Shopify and Amazon.
• Creation and preparation of designs for packaging, print, retail materials, and catalogs when required.
• Collaboration with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.

What we need from you

• Proven e-commerce DTC experience, ideally beauty/supplements/CPG
• A portfolio that proves it — no portfolio, no reply
• Speed and flexibility.
• Growth mindset
