Senior Group Consolidation Manager

ROLE – Senior Group Consolidation Manager | International Group

I'm currently supporting an international, fast-growing group with the appointment of a Senior Group Consolidation Manager.

This is a newly created opportunity within a growing Group Finance function, offering significant exposure to Group consolidation, IFRS reporting, process improvement and strategic projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structure, while playing a key role in improving the accuracy, efficiency and automation of Group reporting.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading the end-to-end monthly, quarterly and year-end Group consolidation.
• Managing intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and FX translation across international entities.
• Preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including notes and disclosures.
• Leading the Group audit process and acting as a key point of contact for external auditors.
• Owning Group reporting packs across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and key financial metrics.
• Advising on technical accounting matters and the IFRS treatment of complex transactions.
• Supporting the accounting and consolidation impact of acquisitions, disposals and restructures.
• Improving consolidation processes, timetables and controls to deliver a faster, more efficient close.
• Driving automation and digitalisation initiatives, including the development of consolidation systems.
• Working closely with local finance teams to ensure consistent policies and high-quality reporting.
• Coaching and developing a junior member of the Group Finance team.

About You

We're looking for a finance professional with:

• Strong experience in Group consolidation within a multi-entity, international group.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience preparing consolidated statutory accounts and managing Group audits.
• Confidence handling intercompany, FX and complex accounting matters.
• Experience with consolidation systems and an interest in process improvement and automation.
• A high level of ownership, accuracy and attention to detail.
• The confidence to work with and influence local finance teams and senior stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the organisation.
