Senior Group Purchasing Process Specialist - Temporary Contract

Eurofins is seeking a proactive and analytical specialist to drive both global and local initiatives within our purchasing organization. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations while delivering results that are cost-effective and timely. You’ll perform in-depth cost and savings analyses to empower strategic decisions, lead category strategy implementation, and mentor junior team members to elevate project management standards. With significant autonomy, you’ll provide actionable insights to senior management, champion process improvements, and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and growth. Managing transformation projects and timelines. Coordinating suppliers and stakeholders. Monitoring budgets and project progress. Providing stakeholder updates. Identifying process improvements. Conducting supplier and market research. Collaborating with internal teams. Maintaining procurement records and KPIs. Resolving procurement issues. Ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in global, multinational procurement environments. Process-oriented with experience in complex global organizations. Fluent in written and spoken English. Able to perform effectively under pressure, tight deadlines, and uncertainty. Skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
