THE OPPORTUNITIY

The Senior Growth and Digital Marketing Manager drives measurable growth across all digital touchpoints, blending strategic planning with test-and-optimize execution. This role oversees digital performance across retail, D2C, and commercial channels, shaping how our customers discover products, engage with content, and become more aware of our brands and catalog.

This individual owns the full digital ecosystem, including website operations, CRM, marketing automation, email lifecycle programs, marketplace activation, and paid media efficiency. This role translates audience insights into clear strategic recommendations, identifies opportunities, validates them through testing, and scales what works. They provide ongoing feedback to the broader marketing team and to leadership to strengthen channel performance, content quality, conversion

flow, and customer experience.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advertising, Traffic Generation, & Demand Creation

  • Oversee, evaluate, plan, and manage digital advertising strategy and performance across paid search, paid social, display, video, retail media networks, marketplaces, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and track annual and campaign-level media budgets, making data-driven recommendations on channel mix, audience strategy, and investment allocation.
  • Lead agency relationships and ensure external partners deliver against agreed KPIs, testing, roadmaps, reporting standards, and efficiency targets.
  • Develop and execute audience acquisition, remarketing, and demand generation strategies that support retail, D2C, and commercial business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and test new advertising opportunities including CTV, streaming audio, influencer amplification, retail media capabilities, and emerging platforms.
  • Establish measurement frameworks for ROAS, CAC, conversion efficiency, incrementality, and full-funnel performance to guide optimization and investment decisions.
  • Partner with trade teams to align media strategy with seasonal priorities, product launches, retailer initiatives, and revenue objectives.

Growth Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Build and run testing initiatives across websites, landing pages, emails, ad creative, PDPs, and funnels, helping identify opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Diagnose performance barriers at every stage of the funnel, identify friction points and implement solutions to lift conversion rates and revenue per session.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rate, traffic quality, AOV, and campaign effectiveness to drive smarter budget allocation and traffic acquisition decisions.
  • Create and evolve retention and remarketing strategies to extend customer lifecycle across all business channels.

Digital Marketing, Website Operations, & Channel Execution

  • Manage daily activity, updates, and optimization for all brand websites, including UX refinements, merchandising, conversion rate optimizations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and conversion performance across D2C

sites and digital shelves for retail and commercial customers.

  • Execute digital strategies and contribute to growth planning across owned, social, websites, and marketplace channels, tailoring activity by channel type and audience.
  • Lead the development and management of category-specific strategy that supports awareness, evaluation, and conversion across channels
  • Monitor and measure product content across online channels, including keyword rankings, competitor activity, and listing quality, to identify and activate new opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Work with Account and Design teams to build and optimize brand pages, A+ content, and retail product detail pages using data-driven insights.
  • Provide guidance and oversee SEO/SEM updates, metadata improvements, and search visibility enhancements to align with broader brand and channel strategies.

Email Marketing, Hubspot Management, & Lifecycle Optimization

  • Own the full email marketing ecosystem, including campaign planning, segmentation, journeys, nurture flows, automation, deliverability, and performance optimization.
  • Manage email marketing and maintain Hubspot workflows, forms, and basic automation to support segmentation and campaign execution.
  • Build and optimize buying programs that improve engagement, repeat purchase, AOV, conversion rate, and customer retention across retail, D2C, and commercial audiences.
  • Use A/B testing on subject lines, creative, offers, and sequencing to improve open rates, click-through conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure CRM data, lead routing, and communications sequences support broader pipeline and revenue goals focusing on long-term value and lifecycle planning.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Business Alignment

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Creative, and IT to align on channel priorities, launch plans, promotional strategies, and new digital opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Brand Experience team on content gaps, creative performance, and messaging effectiveness, ensuring continual improvement and alignment.
  • Share insights regularly with leadership to highlight opportunities, changes, and recommended actions that support sales, margin, and growth goals.
  • Support execution of digital programs for retail, D2C, and B2B audiences, adapting content and campaigns, and establish best practices across departments.
  • Help prioritize initiatives that drive impact across digital channels and

beyond.

Analytics, Reporting, & Continuous Improvement

  • Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reports that translate performance data into actionable insights and inform strategic planning.
  • Track and analyze audience behavior, conversion funnels, lifecycle metrics, lead flow, and sales processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate new tools, technology, systems, and partner to enhance automation, performance, analytics, testing capability, and digital operational efficiency and make recommendations tied to ROI and

scalability.

WHAT YOU BRING

(SKILLS &

EXPERIENCE)

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Related Competency
  • 7 – 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience across retail, D2C, and commercial (B2B) channels.
  • Proven experience managing annual media budgets across multiple media networks, programmatic, video, Meta, Google, video, and emerging channels, with demonstrated success improving ROAS, customer acquisition efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to increase conversion and revenue through advertising, email, automation, and CRM workflows.
  • Hands-on Hubspot experience, including workflow design, lead scoring, segmentation, database management, and advanced reporting.
  • Strong experience with website merchandising, content management, conversion optimization, landing page testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with PIM systems, content syndication tools, and digital shelf management.
  • Experience overseeing paid media strategies with and without agency support across Google, Meta, and retail media networks.
  • Comfort with attribution models, CAC analysis, and full-funnel evaluations with ability to advise on budget allocation and efficiency.
  • High proficiency in analytics dashboards, reporting, and translating data into strategic recommendations.
