**Full-time, Monday–Friday, working EST hours**

We’re hiring someone to take ownership of client growth and lead the team responsible for delivering it.

You’ll work directly with Antonio, our CEO, managing client relationships, setting strategy, and holding our paid media, creative, web, and CRM teams accountable for execution and results.

**What you’ll own**

* Lead client calls, explain performance, manage expectations, and handle difficult conversations.

* Build clear growth plans for each account, with priorities, targets, and deadlines.

* Review advertising, creative, funnels, landing pages, and follow-up systems to identify what’s limiting results.

* Turn strategy into clear briefs and assignments the team can execute.

* Coach team members, review their work, and address weak performance.

* Keep departments aligned so work moves forward without the CEO chasing people.

* Identify at-risk accounts early and take responsibility for getting them back on track.

* Retain clients and identify opportunities to expand the relationship when it makes business sense.

**Who we need**

* You’ve managed multiple client accounts and led delivery teams inside a performance marketing agency.

* You understand Meta and Google Ads, creative testing, conversion optimization, and CRM follow-up.

* You can connect marketing metrics to revenue, acquisition costs, lead quality, and sales.

* You’re comfortable challenging both clients and the team when something isn’t working.

* You’re organized, direct, and decisive. You follow through without needing reminders.

* You can show specific examples of client results and explain your personal contribution.

**How we’ll measure success**

Client retention, progress against each account’s growth targets, execution quality, team accountability, and your ability to run accounts independently.
