About Rhythm Energy
Rhythm is a renewable energy and technology company on a mission to make energy simpler, smarter, and more accessible. We're rethinking how people interact with electricity by combining deep energy market expertise with technology, design, and data to create transparent, customer-centric energy solutions.
But we're building more than a better electricity experience. From innovative energy products to emerging technologies like virtual power plants and distributed energy resources, we're exploring new ways to give customers greater control over their energy while helping shape a cleaner, more flexible energy future.
We're a growing, mission-driven team that moves quickly, challenges conventional thinking, and values people who take ownership. At Rhythm, you'll have the opportunity to solve meaningful problems, collaborate across disciplines, and help build the products, systems, and experiences that define the next generation of energy.
What You'll Do
Website Growth & Conversion Optimization
- Own the website optimization roadmap, focusing on conversion, enrollments, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Improve landing pages, navigation, plan discovery, pricing presentation, and enrollment experiences.
- Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify friction, abandonment, and growth opportunities.
- Take a hands-on approach to website updates, landing-page development, and optimization using CMS and modern web tools.
Experimentation & Analytics
- Build and execute a structured CRO program, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement, and iteration.
- Design and evaluate experiments across messaging, CTAs, forms, landing pages, and enrollment flows.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and behavioral analytics to understand performance and identify opportunities.
- Partner with Analytics and Engineering to improve event tracking, attribution, and experimentation measurement.
Technical Optimization & Organic Growth
- Identify and prioritize improvements to site speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and technical website performance.
- Partner with SEO teams and agencies to improve site architecture, technical SEO, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
- Collaborate with Paid Media teams to optimize campaign landing pages and improve acquisition economics.
- Leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis, prototyping, testing, and execution.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Growth, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and external agencies to turn opportunities into shipped improvements.
- Prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact, effort, and available resources.
- Establish clear performance metrics and communicate experiment results, recommendations, and business impact to Marketing leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in web growth, CRO, digital experience, growth product management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience owning website optimization initiatives that improved conversion, acquisition, or revenue.
- Strong hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests, including experimentation methodology and statistical principles.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics, plus experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful, Webflow, or WordPress, including the ability to implement website improvements independently.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical SEO.
- Experience with experimentation and behavioral analytics tools such as Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO, Amplitude, or Hotjar.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with SEO, AI-powered search, and modern AI tools for analysis and execution.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer subscriptions, fintech, insurance, telecom, energy, marketplaces, or similar industries.
- Experience optimizing multi-step purchase, quote, qualification, or enrollment funnels.
- Experience working in lean teams where you've personally implemented improvements rather than relying exclusively on Engineering or agencies.
What Success Looks Like
- Website conversion and enrollment rates improve through continuous optimization and experimentation.
- A structured CRO program consistently produces actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
- Tracking, attribution, and website analytics become more reliable and actionable.
- Landing pages and customer journeys become faster, simpler, and more effective at converting visitors.
- SEO, Paid Media, Design, and Engineering are aligned around a clear website growth roadmap.
- You independently identify, prioritize, and ship improvements that contribute directly to customer acquisition.
