The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Media Buying Strategist: a brand-new, strategic position that sits at the heart of our business. This is not a team management role. It’s something rarer: a cross-functional expert who moves fluidly across all our verticals (IGaming, Leadgen, E-commerce and beyond), bringing sharp media buying expertise wherever it’s needed most. You'll report day-to-day to the Head of Business Units, with a direct strategic line to the CEO, and act as the connective tissue between our different business areas, ensuring knowledge and best practices flow seamlessly between teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the internal media buying reference across all business verticals, providing strategic guidance and hands-on consultancy to each team

• Monitor and follow up on live campaigns and projects across different areas of the business, identifying opportunities and flagging risks

• Bridge the gap between teams by transferring learnings, tactics, and insights from one vertical to another

• Stay sharp on industry trends, platforms, and best practices — and bring that knowledge in-house

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in media buying (meta ads, tiktok, and google ads), ideally across multiple verticals or formats

• Proven ability to work across different business areas without getting siloed

• Strong analytical mindset - you can read performance data and translate it into action

• Comfortable operating at a senior level

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in Portuguese and English

• Self-starter mentality: you thrive in ambiguity and know how to set your own priorities
