Senior Hardware Engineer

As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will contribute to project development from start to end. From understanding project requirements and communicating with team members, to designing and implementation. You will participate in discussions about implementation decisions, design trade-offs and DFM and DFT impacts. Key Responsibilities Design digital, analog, and power supply circuits, including their integration into RF devices Lead hardware development activities from concept through prototype validation and production release Perform PCB layout activities, circuit calculations, and place components such as connectors, indicators, and high-speed interfaces Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to define thermal management, shielding, and integration requirements Create schematics, select components, and perform PCB layout and routing in line with DFM and DFT guidelines Support the full product lifecycle, including bring-up, testing, debugging, validation, and optimization of prototypes Identify root causes of hardware issues and implement corrective actions during development and testing phases Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), design specifications, and test reports
