Role Overview The Senior Healthcare Marketing Associate will own end-to-end marketing execution for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice. Key Responsibilities Plan, write, and ship the weekly newsletter end-to-end Build and run drip campaigns Handle design for marketing materials Apply SEO best practices and structure content within an SEO framework Own the marketing content calendar and channel mix Bring healthcare-specific marketing expertise to messaging (HIPAA-aware, parent/caregiver-focused) Recommend campaign improvements based on performance data Translate the practice’s clinical voice into clear, trustworthy patient-facing content Operate as a strategic partner to the client, not just an executor Required Qualifications Demonstrated healthcare marketing experience — this is the non-negotiable. We’re prioritizing depth and quality of healthcare work over total years in marketing. Proven track record building and shipping email newsletters and drip campaigns end-to-end Strong hands-on design capability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) Solid working knowledge of SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, structuring content into SEO frameworks Comfort working independently across multiple disciplines without handoffs Excellent written English skills Available to work US hours full-time Portfolio that clearly shows healthcare marketing work Preferred Qualifications Background working with US pediatric, family medicine, or primary care practices Familiarity with HIPAA-aware marketing practices Experience with major email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) SEO tool experience (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, etc.) Why Expedock HMO & Leave Credits: Stay protected with healthcare benefits and use accrued leaves by your third month Supportive Remote Environment: Work from home alongside a collaborative team that values growth and mutual success.
