Senior Hire To Retire Lead

As a Senior Hire to Retire Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, organizational structure updates, leave and absence management and employee exits. You will ensure alignment with global frameworks and local business needs while driving operational excellence, compliance and high-quality service delivery within the HBS model.

Your responsibilities would include:

• overseeing the delivery of Hire to Retire support and end-to-end employee lifecycle services
• managing team capacity, workload and priorities to ensure balanced and efficient resource allocation
• monitoring SLAs and KPIs and escalating issues when required
• ensuring privacy, compliance and four-eye controls are effectively maintained
• overseeing the People Function knowledge base, FAQs and process documentation to ensure information is accurate and accessible
• contributing to HBS Knowledge Management and continuous improvement initiatives
• identifying opportunities to improve and standardise Hire to Retire processes
• using data and analytics to support decision-making and drive improvements
• keeping up to date with relevant industry trends and emerging technologies
• coordinating activities with OpCos, Centres of Excellence and Tier 1 teams to ensure seamless end-to-end lifecycle support
• partnering with stakeholders to support effective implementation of Hire to Retire programs
• acting as an advisor to business leaders on Hire to Retire cases
• leading, coaching and developing the Hire to Retire team
• fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability
• driving capability-building initiatives to strengthen technical and service skills within the team

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management or related HR roles

• proven 3–5 years of experience in team management, combined with strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and guide the team
• a proven successful track record in optimizing and leveraging scale in organizing service delivery for the assigned process domain
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• strong knowledge of Hire to Retire processes and employee lifecycle management
• knowledge of related processes and enabling technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
• proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting dashboards for tracking HR outcomes
• excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools, including Teams and SharePoint
• multilingual communication capability; fluent English and knowledge of an additional regional language would be an asset

• experience working in shared services or multinational environments
• advanced capability in delivering People Processes Excellence
• experience applying insights and data analytics within People processes
