Senior HR Advisor

EQHR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide strategic, hands-on human resources support to our clients across California. This is a dynamic consulting role where priorities and assignments will vary based on client needs.

The Senior HR Advisor will serve as a trusted HR partner to clients, providing guidance on employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, policies and procedures, investigations, and other workplace matters.

Schedule: 20–30 hours per week

Pay: $35–$50 per hour
