Senior HR Associate

Responsibilities Position consists of part administrative (30%) tasks which requires attention to detail and consistent law applications, part project/event management (40%) which requires communication and meeting management skills, part of creative HR process improvements both improving technical solutions in Workday, communication in various channels, guidelines and else (30%). Handle the payroll process, ensuring everything is accurate and complies with regulations; Support employee temporal residency permits acquiring process; Manage employee benefits and keep them updated; Develop and implement HR processes to boost efficiency and focus on employee experience; Lead and execute HR projects that support the company’s strategic goals; Create a positive work environment through engagement activities and initiatives; Contribute significantly to Diversity & Inclusion networks and Engagement committee goals and activities; Support new hires during their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition; May contribute to HR news communication; Be ready to take on other tasks as needed.
