  • Maintain the client requirements workbook which contains all requirements for system configuration and deliver a completed product for transition to operations.

  • Work with the program team to ensure all workstreams have the data they require and the requirements are clearly and well documented.

  • Provide support to program manager and workstream leaders as directed, including test cycle activities, development of documentation, training, and presentation content, etc.

  • Provide ongoing support to the program team to design and refine engaging learning content that supports HR transformation initiatives.

  • Facilitate hands on technical training sessions for team leaders across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), delivered virtually or in-person to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.

  • Plan and execute in-person workshops, managing all logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, and catering for groups of various sizes.

  • Collaborate with the program team throughout the development process to ensure training materials are relevant, clear, and aligned with overall program goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine training content to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the team and aligns with program goals.

  • Provide continued support for customers from training sessions, Go-live cutover activities, and through Payroll cycles.

Who you’ll work with:
You will work closely with the program team and will report into the Training Lead. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, relationship building and support.
