We're partnering with a leading international business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager to its European organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to play a key role in supporting business growth, influencing senior leadership and driving effective people strategies within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on HR strategy, employee relations and organisational development.
• Provide expert guidance on Dutch employment law and complex HR matters.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development.
• Coach and advise managers on performance, leadership and employee engagement.
• Drive improvements across HR policies, processes and employee experience.

Must haves

• 8+ years' HR experience, ideally within an international business.
• Strong practical knowledge of Dutch employment law is essential.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent English essential; Dutch advantageous but not required.
