Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Human Resources Consultant. The Senior Human Resources Consultant will design and implement HR strategies that support Insight Genesis’s growth, culture, and talent needs across a distributed workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leadership on HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring HR practices comply with labor and employment laws in relevant regions. The role involves developing and updating HR frameworks, supporting recruitment and talent management initiatives, and creating programs to enhance engagement, performance, and retention. The consultant will also analyze HR data, recommend improvements to HR processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to align people practices with organizational goals.

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with strategic HR planning and implementation.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design, interpret, and apply policy frameworks in a consistent and fair manner.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance coaching, and stakeholder communication.
  • Candidates should possess solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with experience ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions where possible.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in remote or global workforces, HR analytics, and talent management within tech or AI-driven organizations.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) are an asset.
