Senior IAM Architect

Senior IAM Architect (Saviynt / Delinea) - Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane

You’ll be the technical lead on identity deployments for large Australian organisations, taking Saviynt and Delinea programmes from design through to working solutions. This is a hands-on role, not a governance or design authority seat. Project, programme and account managers carry most of the engagement load, so your time goes into solving complex technical problems.

The essentials

• Salary: $190,000-$210,000 + super and a discretionary bonus
• Location: Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth or Sydney, hybrid with three days a week in the office. Fully remote if you’re based in Melbourne.
• Type: Permanent, full time, with a specialist identity security consultancy

What you’ll actually do

• Lead hands-on deployments of Saviynt and Delinea across identity governance and privileged access management
• Design and build integrations with HR systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors, and with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Work through exceptions and blockers with clients to reach practical technical outcomes
• Work with programme managers, capability leads and information security leads, and occasionally CIOs and CTOs
• Produce clear design documentation and guide engineers through delivery

What you’ll need

Essential

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Saviynt or Delinea
• A track record of leading identity deployments end to end
• Broad IAM knowledge across identity governance, privileged access and access management
• Confidence working with client stakeholders to resolve technical issues

Nice to have

• Experience across both Saviynt and Delinea
• Relevant vendor certifications
• Identity consultancy experience
• Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory experience
