Senior IFS Cloud Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll join the IFS delivery organization, contributing to FSM-centered implementations and managed-services engagements for customers across North America. Running client workshops, capturing requirements, and configuring IFS FSM modules, you'll partner with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers to drive engagements through go-live and into hypercare. This is your opportunity to work as a trusted advisor for Field Service Management implementations, combining functional expertise with strong communication skills while working embedded in delivery pods.

What You'll Do

• Lead FSM-centered implementations and managed-services engagements.
• Run client workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Configure IFS FSM modules based on client requirements.
• Drive engagements through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Provide consulting expertise and deliver solutions for Field Service Management.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IFS consulting or implementation.
• Strong expertise in IFS FSM (Field Service Management) functional configuration and delivery.
• Experience with FSM requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live processes.
• Proven consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Cloud, Aurena, and/or IFS App Gen.
• Strong requirements gathering abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work ET hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
