Job Description

As an Implementation Manager at Enlyte, you will leverage a blend of technical expertise, project coordination, and client-facing skills to lead the development, implementation, and testing of integration solutions supporting Mitchell products and services. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Statements of Work and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess project requirements, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Design, configure, deploy, and validate Mitchell products and services, including integration infrastructure components.
• Create and maintain detailed requirements, design, deployment, support, and project documentation.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide direct client support during the post-go-live stabilization period.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with several of the following technologies:
  • FTP/SFTP
  • Web Services
  • XML
  • PGP
  • Microsoft SQL server query writing
  • JavaScript programming
  • Microsoft Windows client / server operating systems
  • Amazon Workspace
  • Amazon Cloud Technologies
• Demonstrated experience and success in the following areas:
  • Proven success collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong technical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Experience in medical bill review, healthcare technology, claims management, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience working in a technical support, implementation, systems integration, or client-facing technology role is preferred.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
