About the role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Specialist who will independently deliver complex payroll and HR system implementation projects for new and existing customers. The role combines advanced knowledge of the enova365 system, Polish payroll processes, system configuration, data migration, testing and direct customer cooperation. The Senior Implementation Specialist acts as a subject matter expert within assigned projects, supports less experienced team members and contributes to the continuous improvement of implementation standards and ways of working. Which tasks can you expect? Independently manage and deliver complex implementation projects or assigned implementation workstreams for new and existing customers. Coordinate implementation activities within the assigned scope, including requirements gathering, system setup, testing, issue resolution, documentation and handover. Act as a key functional and system expert for customers throughout the implementation process. Lead customer workshops and requirement analysis sessions related to Polish payroll, HR processes and enova365 system configuration. Analyse customer requirements and translate them into functional and system configuration requirements. Assess customer requirements against standard system functionality and identify potential gaps, risks, dependencies and customisation needs. Configure and customise the enova365 system to meet agreed customer requirements, including payroll components, reports, master data, workflows, accounting elements and other system settings. Design and recommend system solutions within the agreed project scope and established implementation standards. Support complex data migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, validation and reconciliation. Prepare system configuration and migration specifications and ensure that they are complete, accurate and properly documented. Implement agreed system specifications and perform functional, configuration and integration testing. Support customers during user acceptance testing, parallel payroll runs and go-live preparation. Analyse and resolve complex configuration, payroll and implementation issues within the assigned area of expertise. Cooperate with Payroll Teams, Project Managers, IT, System Administrators, external vendors and system partners during implementations, integrations and system changes. Support system integrations and file-based interfaces by analysing requirements, validating data structures and participating in testing. Manage project-level risks, issues and dependencies within the assigned implementation scope and escalate them when necessary. Participate in the preparation of effort estimates and feasibility assessments for customer requirements, system changes and change requests. Ensure that solutions are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, implementation methodology, documentation standards and quality requirements. Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, procedures, checklists, templates and customer-specific instructions. Provide functional and system support to Implementation Consultants and Implementation Specialists in resolving more complex cases. Share knowledge and good practices with other team members through day-to-day cooperation, peer support and internal training sessions. Perform peer reviews of selected configurations, migration files, test results or implementation documentation when required. Contribute to the development and improvement of implementation procedures, configuration standards, tools, templates and working methods. Identify opportunities to improve system usage, implementation efficiency, delivery quality and customer experience. Participate in customer meetings and internal discussions where advanced payroll, functional or system expertise is required. Support the team by providing expert input regarding technical risks, recurring issues, process gaps and improvement opportunities. What do you have to offer? Several years of professional experience in Polish payroll, HR/payroll system implementation or a similar consulting role. Strong practical knowledge of the enova365 system, particularly the HR and payroll modules. Proven experience in independently delivering system implementation projects or complex implementation workstreams. Strong knowledge of Polish payroll processes, personal income tax, social security regulations, PPK and labour law. Advanced experience in system configuration, including payroll components, reports, master data and other HR and payroll settings. Experience in data migration, data validation, payroll reconciliation and system testing. Ability to analyse complex customer requirements and translate them into functional and system configuration solutions. Ability to evaluate the feasibility, risks and dependencies of proposed system solutions. Experience in conducting customer workshops and presenting system or process solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of assigned implementation deliverables. Ability to manage several tasks or implementation workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills. Very good communication and collaboration skills, including cooperation with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in supporting less experienced colleagues and sharing professional knowledge. Good written and spoken English and fluent Polish. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Nice to have Experience with complex payroll implementations involving multiple legal entities, pay groups or integrations. Knowledge of SQL databases or basic database concepts. Experience with APIs, system integrations or file-based interfaces. Experience with accounting configuration, GL interfaces or FIBU-related requirements. Experience with enova365 workflows, Employee and Manager Self-Service, Time & Attendance or additional HCM modules. Experience in cooperation with external software vendors or implementation partners. Experience in preparing effort estimations, feasibility assessments or change request specifications. Experience in escalation management. Experience in creating implementation procedures, training materials and configuration standards. Experience in international or cross-country implementation projects.
