Senior Information Manager
Xtreme Solutions Inc. | Air Force Medical Expeditionary Systems
Location: Remote with travel to AFCENT operational medicine locations, secure facilities, and forward-deployed locations as required.
Status: Key personnel opportunity. Hiring is contingent on contract award.
The opportunity
Help deployed healthcare teams turn operational information into effective care processes. Connect Air Force medical operations, informatics, reporting, and AFOMIS technologies to support theater continuity of care and health force protection.
Xtreme Solutions is pursuing an Air Force Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) contract and seeking qualified candidates for this key personnel position.
What you will do
· Support Air Force deployed military healthcare operations and theater continuity of care processes.
· Support current AFOMIS operational medicine IM/IT technologies and business processes in garrison, secure, and forward-deployed environments.
· Adapt to new applications and capabilities supporting complex health force protection domains.
· Contribute relevant informatics, healthcare reporting, business process improvement, or clinical policy development expertise.
Requirements
Required qualifications
· Operations support experience in the Air Force deployed military healthcare domain.
· Experience with theater continuity of care, current AFOMIS OpMed technologies, and AFOMIS business processes across the stated environments.
· Relevant experience in at least one of informatics, healthcare reporting, business process improvement, or clinical policy development, plus demonstrated ability to adapt to new capabilities.
· Active Secret security clearance
· Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months remaining on Day 1; required passport copy for proposal readiness.
· Proven personnel deployment management, SPOT experience, and management of host-nation theater clearance or DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs.
· Day 1 availability and willingness to sign a Letter of Commitment covering availability and no substitution during the first 180 days except for sudden illness, death, or termination of employment.
· Ability to meet the stated location and travel requirements. Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications for the assigned DCWF work role and level must be met before independently performing covered duties.
Preferred experience
5 or more years of relevant experience.
