The role:

My client, a growing HealthTech Firm are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer / CISO to join their team. You may already be early on in your career as a CISO, or looking to take the next step up as a Senior Information Security Engineer into a CISO role.

My client are SME sized, and someone who has a background from similar sized organisations is highly desirable.

The organisation operate in the HealthTech sector, and previous experience within this domain is ideal. Someone who has a background within SaaS is also useful.

You will have a small team around you and a lot of autonomy to shape the Information Security function as you see fit.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and suggesting improvement for the current Information Security setup
• Management reporting
• Develop and deliver Information Security strategy
• Understanding risk from a Security standpoint
• Security roadmaps and future proofing

Experience required:

• Experience working within HealthTech / an SME sized SaaS organisation (or some combination of both)
• Ability to build and lead an Information Security function
• Strong documentation skills
• Risk management and analysis
• Experience in building out Compliance frameworks
• Enablement of successful Penetration Testing
• Developing a Risk Management plan
• Writing Security policies and procedures
