Division Specific Information
The Core Services team is part of the Security team. Members of the team are charged with developing identity and access management solutions for the organization across the hybrid cloud landscape, which includes Directory Services in Active Directory, Identity services in Microsoft Azure Cloud, and AWS Identity support. The team also supports Microsoft O365, including Messaging services under Exchange and Teams, Intranet Services under SharePoint, and Personal cloud storage services under OneDrive, as well as federation and single sign-on services through Azure Entra ID. This position serves as the team's primary Identity Governance and Administration specialist, focused on access governance, lifecycle management, and role-based access controls.
How will you make an impact?
This position reports to the Manager of Core Services and is in support of the Core Services team in Corporate IT at Enlyte. Core Services includes the management of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange O365, DNS, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Identity and Access Management for corporate colleagues and contractors.
What will you do?
- Work with key stakeholders to identify improvements to maximize colleague experience
- Maintain security requirements, compliance controls, risk reviews, and support associated objectives
- Engage in integration projects for new acquisitions, consolidation projects to reduce complexity, as well as projects for divestitures
- Support operational initiatives, incident management, and problem management in a timely manner
Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Specialization Responsibilities:
- Lead administration and operational support of the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform
- Design, implement, and maintain Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle processes
- Develop and govern role-based access control frameworks
- Manage birthright provisioning and entitlement policy administration
- Coordinate user access certifications, group attestations, and periodic access reviews
- Partner with Information Security, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders on access governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Science (Computer Science, Business, or other applicable degree), or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in progressive roles in Identity and Access Management
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.)
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Minimum of 5+ years of fundamental experience in DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows PowerShell, with ability to develop scripts as needed
- Experience in complex enterprises with a diverse array of unique authentication / authorization requirements
Tool & Technology Skills
- IAM solutions such as Active Directory, VDS, SSO, SAML, oAuth, OpenID, MFA, and PAM
- Identity Lifecycle Management and Governance tools (MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock)
- Cloud Identity technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud
- Microsoft Mail Services (Exchange Server, as well as Microsoft O365)
- SharePoint for O365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive administration
- Automation, such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or .NET development languages
- AuthX Support for Windows Server, as well as Linux Server
- Mergers & Acquisitions involving Active Directory and Azure
- Working in GxP or other regulated environments
- Documentation for systems management and compliance purposes
Preferred IGA Skills
- Experience administering SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, or ForgeRock
- Experience implementing JML processes
- Experience with RBAC, access certifications, entitlement governance, and birthright provisioning
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Must be able to translate technical issues into clear descriptions and explanations that are understandable and actionable for a broad audience of varying technical acumen, business function, and leadership levels.
- Must be able to gather, organize, and present data demonstrating the state of services, including key performance indicators, program and project state, quarterly reviews, audit results, and proper data in support of budgetary investments.
- Strong analytical skills; being able to work through symptoms and problems logically to timely resolution.
- Ability to work in a distributed team via collaboration tools such as email, messaging, and conferencing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, and able to take ownership of tasks to conclusion
- Ability to effectively prioritize work, and work with multiple projects of varying timelines and constraints
- A proactive approach to work; analyzing and identifying ways to increase efficiency and reliability

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
