Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description
You will work within a BAU support team as a senior technical escalation point for advanced troubleshooting, engineering, and lifecycle management of end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. The role bridges operational helpdesks with backend infrastructure and engineering teams, providing 3rd and 4th line support for core endpoint management platforms.
As this is a customer-facing role, you must communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
You should take a methodical approach to problem solving and be able to manage a mix of project and support tasks simultaneously.
