- Hybrid work in Kensington – 3 days onsite per week and 2 days remote
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major technology transformation workstream ensuring all outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and govern integrated program delivery plans across End User Computing (EUC), infrastructure, network, application, technology delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution and alignment.
- Oversee the coordination of design, build, testing, deployment, migration readiness, and operational handover activities across a large-scale, geographically dispersed retail store environment.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions, ensuring timely escalation and stakeholder engagement where executive intervention is required.
- Act as the key liaison between technical and business stakeholders, driving resolution of complex delivery challenges and translating technical impacts into clear business outcomes.
- Extensive experience in similar role as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for large corporate companies
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong track record leading technology migration, integration, or modernisation programs across geographically dispersed or multi-site operations.
- Proven experience in retail, distributed store environments or other multi-site operational environments
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Cisco networking technologies (including ISE), SD-WAN, and Netskope will be ideal.
- Advanced project and program management capabilities, including governance, financial oversight, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
