As a Senior Insider Sales Representative, you will play a strategic role in driving business growth, managing key customer relationships remotely, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: As a Senior Insider Sales Representative, you will: Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by building long-term relationships and achieving or exceeding sales targets through remote sales activities. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer partnerships within your assigned territory. Serve as a trusted commercial partner by educating customers on Medtronic products and providing tailored solutions that address their clinical and business needs. Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies, coordinate customer activities, and support complex commercial opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to commercial strategies. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, Associate's degree with 4+ years, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or customer support within MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing commercial role. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely. Experience managing multiple customer accounts independently and developing strategic account plans.
