About the role Syncron Learning builds scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners across Syncron products. We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (4–5 years experience) who can design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality. This role requires working in a fast-paced, projectized environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for Instructional Designers who want to grow in the software product training space. Note: We are seeking an AI-enabled Instructional Designer who uses AI to work faster, smarter, and at scale-not a traditional content developer. What would you do? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistance Strong experience in scenario-based instructional design Experience working in a projectized/agile environment Experience building storyboards, simulations, and assessments Proven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholders Hands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflows Ability to use AI to improve productivity (not just basic usage) Expertise in Articulate suite of applications Familiarity with Agentic AI tools What we expect: Core Skills Strong instructional design and storytelling skills Excellent written communication Ability to simplify complex product workflows High attention to quality and detail Desirable Experience with SCM or enterprise SaaS products Experience building certification programs Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation concepts Experience with localization and multilingual content We offer: Unsure if you meet all the job requirements but passionate about the role?
