Senior Integration Engineer

Responsibilities Design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, product backends, billing platforms, and AWS Redshift. Develop reliable integrations using API-based, event-driven, batch, file-based, and queue-based patterns. Own uptime, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and recovery for business-critical integrations. Design resilient integrations using retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and fault-tolerant patterns. Define reusable integration patterns, naming conventions, and error-handling standards. Replace brittle point-to-point connections with scalable and documented integration patterns. Define and manage data contracts, field mappings, transformations, and integration documentation. Partner with Business Systems, Engineering, and external consultants on connected systems and handoffs. Requirements 5+ years of experience building and operating production integrations. Hands-on experience with an iPaaS or middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar. Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, batch processing, file-based integrations, and messaging or queue systems. Experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite with enterprise platforms. Experience working with AWS Redshift or enterprise data warehouses. Solid experience with JSON, XML, SQL, data mapping, and data transformation. Experience owning business-critical integrations in production. Experience building secure integrations involving HIPAA, PHI, access controls, audit trails, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access. Nice to Have Experience in SaaS, high-growth, healthcare, or behavioral health environments.
