Your role You will play a key role in designing and delivering complex integration solutions across cloud, hybrid and enterprise environments. You will lead technical implementation, define reusable patterns and support modernization programs, AI-enabled integrations and cloud-native integration platforms. Your tasks design and implement complex APIs, integration services and event-driven solutions; lead delivery across cloud, SaaS, legacy and partner integrations; define reusable patterns for orchestration, transformation, resilience and error handling; drive API lifecycle practices covering security, versioning, testing and observability; design AI-enabled integrations and agent-driven automation workflows; support integration platforms running on Kubernetes with Infrastructure as Code; mentor engineers through reviews, workshops and communities. Your profile Integration Expertise Over 5 years of experience in integration or back-end engineering and scalable enterprise solutions; Platform Proficiency Strong hands-on expertise in MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite, Apache Camel or a comparable platform; API and Events Experience with Apigee, Azure API Management, Kong or Gravitee and event technologies such as Kafka, Confluent or Service Bus; Preferred AI and Agentic Integration Skills Experience integrating AI-powered applications, copilots or autonomous agents. MCP, orchestration frameworks, vector databases and AI integration patterns are a strong advantage; Platform Engineering and Automation Experience building or operating integration platforms on Kubernetes. Terraform, GitOps, Internal Developer Platforms and platform automation are highly valued; Cloud and Observability Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP, CI/CD, containers, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus or Grafana; Leadership Excellent English and ability to lead technical discussions.
