Responsibilities

• Execute complete end-to-end integration test scenarios across multiple applications and interfaces.• Build and maintain deep knowledge of customer journeys, system interactions, and application dependencies.• Validate functional process completion and system integration stability prior to release-cycle testing.• Identify, document, and track integration defects with the responsible application teams.• Coordinate retesting activities after defect resolution.• Maintain knowledge of defect management processes, escalation paths, and ownership across multiple systems and tools.• Identify and apply workarounds when intermediate systems are unavailable or impacted.• Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of end-to-end testing processes and assets.

Essential skills

• Senior Test Analyst with strong experience in complex end-to-end and integration testing environments.• Proven ability to understand and navigate large application landscapes and cross-system business processes.• Experience working with defect management across multiple teams and tools.• Ability to execute testing independently and take ownership from analysis through defect resolution and retesting.• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.• Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders is highly valued.• Knowledge of automation concepts is beneficial; however, this role is primarily focused on manual integration validation and process understanding.
