2 x full-time, fixed-term (12months) position at HEW Level 8. Hawkesbury Campus Richmond with flexible working arrangements. Salary: $118,969 – $132,069 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. Design and deliver enterprise integration solutions that enable secure, reliable data exchange across critical systems. The Opportunity You will design, develop and support integration services that enable secure, reliable and efficient data exchange across the University's technology environment. Working closely with the Integration Architect, you will implement integration solutions that align with architectural standards, governance requirements and security policies while supporting strategic data initiatives. Develop APIs and integration services, apply monitoring and logging practices, and ensure integrations perform effectively across complex workflows. Working alongside data engineers, platform teams and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions that support operational and business objectives. Contribute to the evolution of the University's integration capability by leading the evaluation of emerging technologies, recommending architectural improvements, and promoting best practice approaches across integration, quality assurance, security and governance. Through testing, performance tuning and technical leadership, you will help ensure integration services remain robust, reliable and fit for purpose. What Success Looks Like: Deliver secure, reliable integration services and APIs that support enterprise data exchange. Implement integration solutions that comply with architectural, governance and security standards. Maintain stable and efficient integration services through monitoring, logging and proactive issue management. Produce comprehensive technical documentation, data flow mappings and integration specifications. Influence integration standards and technology decisions that support the University's strategic data objectives. Please refer to the Position Description for full details. About You Tertiary qualification, preferably postgraduate, in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience developing and supporting integration services and APIs in complex enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, including pipeline design, orchestration and monitoring. Strong knowledge of integration technologies and frameworks including REST, SOAP, ESB and ETL, together with data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV. Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms and a strong commitment to quality, security and governance. Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices and higher education or regulated environments will be highly regarded. Benefits We invest in the people who make our mission possible.
