Technical Integration Analyst

We work flexibly with 3 days a week remote and 2 days working in our offices. Role mission To serve as the strategic bridge between our customers' business needs and Flip’s ecosystem, orchestrating the seamless delivery of integration projects that unlock long-term value and operational excellence. Core purpose You will lead the end-to-end integration journey; from initial requirements gathering to final project delivery. You are not the one writing the code, but you focus on translating complex business workflows into clear technical requirements, managing project timelines with precision, and ensuring that both internal stakeholders and external partners are aligned and informed at every step. Competencies Strategic business analyst : You have a knack for digging deep into customer workflows. You ask the right questions to uncover true business needs and translate them into actionable requirements that technical teams can execute upon. Project orchestrator : You lead with a sense of ownership. You can juggle multiple integration workstreams, manage timelines, and keep projects on track without losing sight of the details or the deadline. Master communicator : You are a translator between "Business" and "Tech." You can present complex ideas simply to stakeholders and discuss technical logic with engineers, ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction across different functions and cultures. Customer-centric partner : You focus on understanding and exceeding customer expectations. You don't just deliver a connection; you deliver a solution that helps the customer grow, fostering a lasting partnership with Flip and efm. Proactive problem solver : You don't wait for a bottleneck to happen.
