This role will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining the best recruitment talent across all of our businesses through a mixture of both experienced and entry-level hires. You will also get involved in lots of people projects to ensure we continue to build on our great culture. Key Responsibilities: · Partner with key stakeholders and the Talent Director to create a robust and agile hiring strategy · Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective attraction, sourcing, and closing strategies · Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing/headhunting, values-based interviews, offers, and HR administration. · Produce creative talent attraction campaigns through social media, email marketing, and other innovative methods · Play a key part in building and promoting our employer brand. · Make recommendations and bring ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of 11 Investments · Write compelling and engaging copy to attract potential recruitment consultants (PRCs) · Deliver the best candidate and employee experience. · Pipeline future talent for 11 Investments and also Recruiter Labs options · Support the business with market and business intelligence to support our attraction approach and make recommendations on the right routes to market. · Positively impact our culture What we can offer you: 31 days holiday Commission based on placements and performance Full training and development scheme Hybrid working Free breakfast and all the Diet Cokes you can drink!
