Senior iOS Product Designer–Consumer Apps

We are currently looking for a: Senior iOS Product Designer–Consumer Apps to join a fast-growing AI-powered PropTech startup.

This is not a typical design role. We're searching for someone who can shape the future of the product, define design quality standards, and create experiences that users genuinely love. You'll work directly with founders, product leaders, and engineers to build a category-defining product for homeowners.

The ideal candidate combines outstanding product thinking, world-class design craft, and startup execution. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can transform complex workflows into delightful, intuitive user experiences.

Your duties:

• Design real, shipped iOS applications for B2C users.
• Own the design process end-to-end — from identifying the ICP and problem, through research, user testing and prototyping, to implementation and launch.
• Work closely with Product & Engineering and actively contribute to product decisions.
• Challenge and defend design decisions when working with a highly experienced startup team.
• Create intuitive, engaging and delightful user experiences.
• Turn user feedback and research into clear product and design decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Strong experience designing consumer / B2C products.
• Proven experience designing real, shipped iOS applications.
• A portfolio demonstrating built and launched iOS products, not just concepts.
• Hands-on experience with user research and user testing.
• Ability to independently own the process from problem → ICP → research → UX/UI → implementation → launch.
• Experience working in a startup environment, comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions independently.
• Ability to challenge and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Founders.
• Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design and mobile product design.
• Excellent product thinking and a strong eye for visual craftsmanship.
