Senior IS Technology Specialist - Print Services (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced IS Technology Specialist to join our team focused on Print Services. In this role, you will leverage your IT expertise to solve technical challenges and enhance organizational efficiency through Managed Print Services solutions. You will engage with customers, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive service improvements with innovative technologies like cloud printing. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to sustainability initiatives and promoting eco-friendly printing practices. Your tasks

• Managing and optimizing Managed Print Services solutions, such as LRS VPSX Enterprise, for streamlined printer management and document workflows
• Engaging customers to customize Managed Print Service offerings according to their needs through strong communication skills
• Crafting and disseminating clear messages to keep stakeholders informed about service updates and enhancements
• Driving service improvements with new technologies, including cloud printing, to enhance Managed Print Services growth and adaptability
• Monitoring and reporting on sustainability metrics to align Managed Print Services with organizational environmental goals
• Developing and executing communication campaigns using platforms like MS Viva to promote Managed Print Services and highlight their benefits
• Staying abreast of market trends and technological advancements in print management solutions to ensure competitiveness
• Supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of services for cross-functional processes related to IS services
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service management, particularly in Managed Print Services
• Proficient experience in utilizing Managed Print Service tools such as LRS-VPSX Enterprise and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of Service and Operations Management, including service level management and information management
• Practical experience with reporting platforms such as Excel and Power BI for volume reporting and analysis
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively about service updates and improvements
• Fluent English
