As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will impact the success of supply chain projects by ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and aligning project goals with business objectives to optimize processes and increase cost savings. The role supports operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision making across the supply chain organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage ISC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, production, and finance to drive project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 4+ years of ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Management/factory experience.
• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Proven record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools to track progress and manage resources.

WE VALUE
• Advanced degrees Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-facing role supporting Boeing.
• Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and integrated supply chain systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,800.00 - $110,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
