Senior IT Analyst (CDW)

At Cyclad, we work with top international IT companies to help them deliver cutting-edge technologies that shape the future. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join an international team working on a large-scale Core Banking transformation program.

The project focuses on replacing local legacy systems with a unified Nordic Core Banking platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document requirements related to data, reporting, and governance, translating them into features and user stories for development teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Drive the requirements process independently from collection through documentation and handover to developers
• Analyse data-related requirements within a complex banking environment
• Work with CDW and reporting-related processes
• Support data governance and data mapping activities
• Work closely with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Analyse complex business and IT environments and identify dependencies
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a large-scale Core Banking program
• Quickly understand existing systems, processes, data structures, and program environments
• Support the transformation from local legacy systems to a unified Core Banking platform
• Contribute to data and reporting solutions within a large-scale banking program

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Professional experience with CDW and reporting
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience working in the banking sector, preferably within a larger banking organization
• Experience working in large-scale IT transformation programs
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Proven ability to independently manage requirements from collection through documentation and handover
• Experience working in large programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Good knowledge of SQL or similar tools
• Fluent English
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard into established programs
• Experience working in a Nordic banking environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of reporting is an advantage
• Experience working with Hadoop is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
