Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist (Azure & Hybrid Infrastructure) Location: Warsaw, Wilanów Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in office) Contract Type: B2B Language Requirements: Fluent Polish and English About the Role We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to take ownership of IT infrastructure and IT service delivery across Poland and Hungary. This is not a corporate management role focused on large teams and multi-million-euro budgets. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the technology, understands operational realities, and is comfortable combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You will support approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary, working with a modernised infrastructure consisting of Azure services and two small data centres. You will coordinate internal and external service providers, drive operational improvements, and ensure reliable delivery of IT services across the organisation. What You Will Do Own daily IT operations and infrastructure across Poland and Hungary. Administer Azure and on-premises environments hands-on every day. Run ITIL processes in practice — incident, problem, change, and asset management. Manage outsourced IT vendors and hold them accountable on SLAs. Ensure IT security, compliance, and business continuity. Be the go-to person for users, vendors, and business stakeholders. What We Need Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations. Hands-on Azure experience — Entra ID, virtual machines, and hybrid environments. Practical ITIL knowledge — incident, problem, and change management applied in real environments. Experience coordinating outsourced IT vendors and holding them accountable on SLAs. On-premises infrastructure background — Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking. Someone who works independently, owns problems, and does not wait to be told what to do. Fluent Polish and English. Nice to Have ITIL certification. Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or higher.
