We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Systems & Microsoft 365 Engineer / Technical Lead who can become an important part of that growth.
This is not a task-based helpdesk position.
We need someone who can look at a client environment, identify what needs attention, determine what should be improved, and take responsibility for getting it done.
You should be comfortable working independently, but also capable of coordinating other technical team members when needed.
We particularly value someone who can:

- Prioritize work across multiple clients and environments
- Research, recommend, and implement solutions
- Coordinate and guide other engineers when necessary
- Communicate directly with clients and vendors
- Improve internal technical standards, documentation, and processes
Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 experience is essential for this role.
You should have real-world experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Entra ID / Azure AD
- Intune and endpoint management
- Microsoft Teams
- MFA, Conditional Access, identity and security
- User, licensing and permission management
Most importantly, we want someone who has personally worked on Microsoft 365 migrations and implementations, including areas such as:
- Microsoft 365 tenant migrations
- Exchange / email migrations
- SharePoint and OneDrive migrations
- Tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Domain and DNS transitions
- Entra ID / identity projects
- Intune deployments and device onboarding
Experience limited to basic Microsoft 365 user administration will not be sufficient for this role.
You should also have solid experience in several of the following areas:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Remote Desktop Services / RDS
- Networking, TCP/IP, VLANs and VPNs
- Firewalls and network security
- Virtualization
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Endpoint management
- RMM and PSA / ticketing platforms
- DNS, DHCP and certificates
- Server and infrastructure troubleshooting
Experience with UniFi, pfSense/OPNsense, Proxmox, 3CX/VoIP, Microsoft Azure, and MSP security or management platforms is a plus.
Previous experience with an MSP, systems integrator, IT consulting company, or technology service provider is strongly preferred.
Our engineers work across multiple client environments, projects, technologies, vendors, and priorities. We therefore need someone comfortable with a faster and more varied environment than a traditional internal IT department.
Strong English is required.
You must be comfortable communicating professionally with U.S.-based clients and vendors through email, phone, video meetings, and technical discussions.
We are particularly interested in candidates who already have leadership experience or who have the ability to grow into a technical leadership role.
