Job Description:

• The Facilities team consists of several agile teams, including the post-out team, which consists of about 7 people. This team manages all outgoing communication to our 4.5 million members, via mail, text messages, letters, documents, ... This includes 80 million communications per year. For this we use a Document Management System called Papyrus and Comform, which are critical components for multiple business domains. This requires the necessary upgrades to the latest version, dismantling of the old system and multiple test scenarios carried out and coordinated.

Enjeu/bet :

• Speaks Dutch or French as a native speaker with a very good additional knowledge of Dutch/French and English.
• Very strong and thorough technical analysis skills
• Experience in working in an Agile environment and scrum team and as a scrum master.

Responsibilities:

• You communicate efficiently with the various stakeholders (functional analysts, solution architect) so that they perfectly understand the priorities of the tasks.
• You make sure that your code is fully covered with unit tests.
• You are able to make technical improvement proposals and defend them to the solution architect.
• You support the tester with the functional tests.
• You analyze integrations with other parties and systems.
• You are able to work out the technical design based on a functional analysis.
• You will work together with infrastructure employees to install the applications and monitor their operation.
• You document your software thoroughly, without getting bogged down in details.

• Additional tasks:
• During development, you have to work closely with the solution architect, analysts and testers so that the functionalities are implemented and tested correctly.

Profile

• You have a thorough knowledge of Quarkus, JSP, SQL, JAVA 8 & higher, XML, XSD, Webservices (SOAP & REST), OpenShift
• You have experience with development and deployment in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• You have knowledge of the following tools: Weblogic, Maven, nexus, GIT,...
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, SNS/SQS or similar cloud services is a plus
• You have experience in the development and application maintenance of enterprise-class systems.

• You are critical and have good analytical and synthesis skills
