As Senior Key Account Manager, you are responsible for defining, negotiating and monitoring the short- and long-term commercial strategy for the accounts under your responsibility. You build sustainable and profitable partnerships with customers to accelerate quantitative KPIs such as invoicing, sell-in, sell-out and margin, as well as qualitative KPIs such as brand visibility in-store and online.

You will play a central role within the organization and collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, finance and customer service teams.

Your Main Missions

Strategic Account Development

  • Build and lead strategic account plans internally and externally, from short to long term. Each strategic plan must translate account ambitions and brand objectives into concrete, measurable action plans.
  • Organize at least one Top-to-Top meeting per year. You will be responsible for organizing, leading and following up on next steps.

Commercial Management and Negotiation

  • Independently negotiate annual agreements.
  • Lead complex negotiations and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Drive and manage sustainable account growth: revenue, margin, sell-out, traffic, conversion, order book quality.

Product, Merchandising and Assortment Strategy

  • Work with Merchandising teams to define account-specific assortments.
  • Share customer and consumer needs to influence assortment decisions, product launches and access to exclusive products.
  • Initiate and follow up product co-development with your most premium customers.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage key performance indicators: sell-in, sell-out, order book conversion rate, stock, product availability, service level and profitability.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise of e-commerce performance indicators.
  • Ensure the accuracy of pre-season and invoicing forecasts.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks, build action plans and ensure follow-up.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Build annual activation plans in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Contribute to the premiumization of the online & offline consumer experience.
  • Negotiate permanent visibility assets.

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of successful experience in Key Account Management, National Account Management or strategic sales roles.
  • Solid experience within an international brand.
  • Proven track record in strategic account management, profitable growth and long-term partnership building.
  • Confirmed experience in complex commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, trade terms and marketing investments.
  • Strong commercial background: negotiation, business analysis, margin management, forecasting and KPI management.
  • Ability to think long term, build a vision and translate it into operational action plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, merchandising, marketing and consumer experience challenges.
  • Analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills and ability to build your own reporting and recommendations.
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.

Travel: regular travel, approximately 30 to 40% percent of the time.
Contract: permanent contract
Start date: as soon as possible.
Location: Annecy or Villefontaine
