We are now looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead the growth of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and other home-based renal therapies across the Nordic region . This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a complex healthcare environment, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and wants to shape the future of home-based care. The Opportunity As the Senior Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare leaders, clinicians, payors and procurement organizations across the Nordic region. You will drive market growth through account planning, stakeholder engagement, tender strategy, and value-based selling while helping healthcare systems expand access to home therapy for patients. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that create value for customers and improve patient care. What You'll Do Drive Strategic Growth Develop and execute strategic account plans for key healthcare customers across the Nordics. Identify opportunities to expand adoption of home therapies and create sustainable business growth. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and clinical leaders. Lead Commercial Engagement Shape and influence tender opportunities early in the procurement process. Drive value-based discussions around clinical, operational, and economic outcomes. Support contract negotiations and ensure successful implementation of agreements. Influence the Healthcare Ecosystem Engage hospital leadership, nephrologists, renal nurses, procurement teams, and payors. Position Vantive as a strategic partner in improving access to home-based care. Provide insights on healthcare policy, reimbursement changes, and market trends. Partner Cross-Functionally Collaborate closely with Marketing, Market Access, Medical and Sales colleagues. Align internal stakeholders around a shared strategy and customer objectives. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Who You Are You are a strategic relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You are comfortable navigating complex healthcare systems, influencing multiple stakeholders, and leading opportunities from strategy through execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales or Business Development. Background within MedTech, Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals. Strong experience with tenders, contracting, and complex sales processes. Understanding of Nordic healthcare systems and reimbursement environments. Experience engaging hospital management, clinicians, and healthcare decision-makers. Proven ability to influence both clinical and economic stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Fluent in Swedish and English .
