YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation. Leading implementation in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing. Provide Solution Architecture, System design in enabling creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices. Thoroughly understands the Kinaxis Data model and Inbound/Outbound data integration options and best practices. Configuring the Rapid response system for S&OP, Demand Planning and Supply Planning capabilities. Setting up resources (Workbooks, Dashboards, Forms, Hierarchies, Scheduled Tasks, Scripts, Automation chains etc). Implementing Forecast consumption, forecast disaggregation and spreading, Statistical Forecasting. Configuring Capacity planning functionality for constraints. A good understanding in Detailed scheduling functionality and implementation experience with Detailed scheduling tools using any tools include SAP, Kinaxis. System administration including User/Account management, Deployment of changes across DEV, QA and PROD systems WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar or minimum 4 years equivalent practical experience Have multiple cycles of leading implementation experience in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing. Experience in Configuring the Rapid response system for S&OP, Demand Planning and Supply Planning capabilities. Expertise with Multi Level functionality to enable better sourcing decisions in a complex supply chain network and across multiple Bill of Material levels. Experience in configuring Capacity planning functionality for constraints. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people Proven experience in designing, developing, delivering or leading digital solutions in a complex global environment Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills with ability to evolve solution strategy based on research, data and industry trends Preferred: Understanding/Proficiency in SQL You feel you do not meet all criteria we are looking for? The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 20 240 PLN , with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment. This position is eligible for variable pay components , such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
