As a Senior Lawyer you will: · Lead and develop the legal function for e-commerce across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. · Ensure and own the company's compliance with applicable legal requirements. · Independently assesse complex, cross-jurisdictional (Baltics and EU) legal risks and prepare conclusions and strategic proposals for senior management. · Provide senior-level legal guidance to employees and business units across all legal matters. · Oversee and approve the company's internal procedure documents across all three Baltic states markets. · Own and supervise responses to consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries. Sounds interesting? Here’s what we expect from you: 5+ years of legal work experience in the private sector, law firm, retail or e-commerce company. 2+ years of experience in personal data protection issues, consumer law, advertising law. Great legal drafting skills. The ability to deal with complex legal issues, reconcile different expectations and have good negotiation and coordination skills. Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to legal challenges, taking ownership of your workstreams and driving matters forward with a high degree of independence. Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
