In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Maintain sales opportunities, projects, and proposal data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness. Manage CRM records and coordinate updates with sales teams and business stakeholders. Own proposal and sales opportunity movement reporting, including stage progression, aging, conversion trends, and data quality monitoring. Support the Projects Reference Library through data collection, validation, and monthly refresh activities. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposal, and Operations teams to improve data completeness, visibility, and reporting accuracy. Develop reports, scorecards, executive summaries, and business insights that support decision-making. Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Document business processes, data collection procedures, reporting standards, and operating guidelines to support continuous improvement initiatives. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields. 2-4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Quality Management, or related functions. Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with CRM systems and business databases. Experience in data analysis, reporting, business insights, and data quality management. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Knowledge of CRM data management processes and data governance practices is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered business productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus.
