Senior Lead Analyst - FP&A - 5+ years

Job Summery Decision Support & Insights Group (DSIG) is responsible for financial reporting, financial processes, and analytics, supporting the Global Print segment of Thomson Reuters across the various functions. The Global Print segment needs a Senior Lead Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in the Print Finance Team, supporting expense and capital. About the role: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, audit reviews, and forecasting. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models for real-time analysis. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Responsible for Journal Entries, data collection, data mining, and month-end activities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making. Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business strategies and initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data by establishing robust controls and procedures. Leverage technology and automation to streamline financial processes and reporting. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Pricing) to provide financial insights and support. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide financial input and support decision-making. About you: Qualifications: Qualified CA, MBA Finance preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance/analytic Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting Good Knowledge of MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP; financial planning tools (e.g., OneStream (desirable) Knowledge of automation and visualisation tools – Access/Alteryx/Power BI (desirable) #LI-KP1 What’s in it For You?
