Your role within the team
- Facilitate the weekly Delivery Sync; manage sprint planning, execution, and reporting

- Coordinate with the Technical Lead on delivery feasibility, sequencing, and technical risk
- Track and report delivery velocity, risk, and roadmap progress to the Product Manager and Business Partner
- Coach the team on agile / scrum practices and drive continuous improvement
- For multi-team streams, coordinate Program Increment-level planning (SAFe Agile Release Train cadence) where applicable

- Manage project delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure committed outcomes are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
- Engage stakeholders proactively to understand priorities, align expectations, and ensure delivery outcomes meet business needs.

- Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to drive alignment, unblock delivery, and support shared outcomes.
The ideal candidate profile
- 3–5+ years of delivery management / Scrum Master experience in an agile enterprise environment
- Experience managing distributed or blended teams (internal plus ODC/vendor) is an advantage
- Strong facilitation and risk-management skills
- Track record of predictable delivery against committed sprint and release plans
- Experience delivering complex digital or technology projects within the education sector.
