Senior Lead Generation Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in B2B outbound lead generation, with at least 2 years at a senior level;
• Proven expertise in cold email and LinkedIn outreach: strategy, copywriting, sequencing, optimization;
• Hands-on conference lead generation experience (U.S. and/or EU tech/healthcare events): pre-event research, booth and meeting planning, post-event follow-up;
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team or function (even in a solo-contributor capacity with influence over processes and vendors);
• Strong data-driven mindset: you set targets, track performance, and iterate based on metrics;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership and translate strategy into execution;
• A healthcare or IT services background is a strong plus;
• English B2+ or higher.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full lead generation function end-to-end: define goals, build playbooks, report on pipeline, meetings booked, and CAC by channel;
• Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach from ICP definition to conversion: sequences, A/B testing, CRM hygiene, automation;
• Plan and execute conference strategy (U.S. & EU): pre-event outreach, on-site lead capture, post-event follow-up;
• Partner with Sales to align pipeline targets; propose and test new channels (Upwork, niche communities, partnerships).
